This Returns and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges and our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee work.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible purchases.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect
- Any additional information that may help us assess your request
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is a voluntary return policy and does not replace or restrict any statutory consumer rights.
Return approval
Please do not send an item back before contacting us.
Returns under our voluntary return policy must first be approved by email.
Depending on the product, an approved voluntary return may need to be sent to a return location outside Canada. We will provide the correct return address and instructions after approving your request.
Return shipping costs
For voluntary returns due to a change of mind, preference, size issue or similar reason, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been completed.
This does not apply where applicable law requires us to cover the return shipping cost or provide another remedy.
Condition of returned items
For a voluntary return, the item should generally be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible
These conditions do not limit any rights you may have in relation to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Items that may not be eligible for voluntary return
- Gift cards
- Products clearly identified as final sale
- Personal care or hygiene products where return is not appropriate
- Products that have been worn, washed or used
- Products returned without the required prior approval
These exclusions apply only to our voluntary return policy and do not limit statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered or otherwise incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging where appropriate. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, repair, refund or another available remedy.
Refund processing
Once an approved voluntary return has been received, inspected and approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method.
Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Where a refund is required under applicable consumer protection law, we will process it within the timeframe required by law.
Exchanges
We may offer an exchange or another appropriate solution depending on the product, availability and circumstances.

Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
If the order has already been processed or dispatched, voluntary cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that may apply.
